| 摘 要： | 近年来，越来越多的研究表明野生动物和人类的生殖、发育和行为异常以及某些肿瘤的发病率上升与环境荷尔蒙类物质有关。为此，重点介绍了环境荷尔蒙类物质的分类、危害、作用机理。该类物质主要通过污染食品这一途径被人体摄入而影响健康。环境荷尔蒙类物质通过污染食品危害人类健康的问题应引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Recently,many researchs showed that the environmental hormone was related with the wild animals and human reproduction,development and abnormal behavior as well as high occurance rate of some tumors.The article intensively introduced the classification,harm and mechanism of the environmental hormone.The food polluted by the environmental hormone was taken and became the important pathway of health.So it should be advancedly cared that the environmental hormone effceted human health by the food polluted. |
