| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨降低精神分裂症的医疗康复费用，提高效益的方法。方法：对150例社区和住院精神分裂症患者进行了卫生经济状况对照研究。设立社区干预组、对照组和住院组，采用自编卫生经济水平调查表，自编患者情况调查表，焦虑自评量表(SAS)，社会功能残疾评定(DAS)，生活质量量表等进行研究。结果：干预组与住院组在直接成本、间接成本和总成本方面差异非常显著，干预组与对照组在总成本方面差异显著。干预组复发率显著低于对照组。结论：干预组显著优于住院组和对照组。家庭干预是一种成本低，效益高的精神卫生服务形式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To reduce medical rehabilitation cost and raise benefits in schizophrenics. Method:A comparative study was carried out between schizophrenics in community and at hospital.150 patients with schizophrenia were divided into 3 groups:the intervention group,the inpatients group and the control group. Results:There was a significant difference between the intervention group and the inpatients group on the direct cost, the indirect cost and the total cost.The total cost was significantly different between the intervention group and the control group. In the intervention group, net benefit was significantly higher than that of the other two groups. Conclusion:Medical rehabilitation cost of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the inpatients group and the control group. Family intervention may be a kind of mental health service with low cost and higher benefit. |
