青风藤提取物聚乳酸缓释微球的制备及体外释药性能的研究

摘    要:目的:制备含青风藤总生物碱提取物的聚乳酸(PLA)微球,并考察其体外释药性能。方法:采用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备青风藤总碱PLA微球,对其形态、包封率、粒径分布进行研究,并探讨了制备条件对PLA微球释药性能的影响。结果:青风藤总碱PLA微球外观圆整,粒径分布均匀,平均包封率和载药量分别为(83.4±5.63)%,(8.7±0.35)%,平均粒径为(21.5±1.22)μm,32 h体外累积释药量为80%。结论:本研究成功制备了青风藤总碱PLA微球;通过控制不同因素,可得到具有良好缓释性能的青风藤总碱PLA微球。
