细胞凋亡在激素性股骨头坏死发病机制中的研究进展

股骨头坏死是骨科的治疗难题,特别是激素在临床上的广泛应用,使其发病率逐渐增高。然而目前对其发病机制仍然不太清楚,存在争议,对激素性股骨头坏死的治疗仍处于摸索阶段,未能真正从病因学上进行有效的治疗。凋亡细胞在坏死股骨头标本内的发现,使人们的注意力转移到细胞凋亡的研究上。仅就细胞凋亡与激素性股骨头坏死发病机制的关系做一综述。

Study Progress about Cell Apoptosis in the Mechanism of Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

Femoral head necrosis has the therapic difficulty in orthopaedics,especially because of wide application of steroid in clinic,its disease rate is increasing year by year.But at present,there are still many debates about its unclear pathogenensis.The therapy of this disease still lays in exploring stage,and can not be carried out effectively aiming at etiology.Apoptotic cells can be found in sample of necrotic femoral head,which resulted in attention diversion to cell apoptosis.This article reviews relationship between cell apoptosis and steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.
