| 摘 要： | 目的:制备黄体酮乳膏并建立其质量控制方法。方法:取黄体酮粉加入基质制备乳膏;采用高效液相色谱法测定其主药含量。结果:所制备乳膏均匀细腻,涂展性好;黄体酮进样量在0.5～5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.18%)。结论:该制剂组方合理,制备工艺简便可行,质量稳定可控。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare progesterone and to establish a method for its quality control.METHODS:The cream was prepared by adding progesterone powder to Cream Base No.4,and the content of progesterone was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The prepared cream was even,fine and easy to spread.There was good linearity of progesterone in the range of 0.5～5μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),the average recovery was 98.8%(RSD=1.18%).CONCLUSIONS:The preparation is proper in formula,simple and workable in preparation technique,and stable and controllable in quality. |
