| 摘 要： | 本文简述了过氧化脂质测定的原理和方法,并测定老、中、青年共129人的血清正常值。结果表明:青年3.07±0.94,中年3.69±0.86,老年4.45±1.14nmol/ml,说明随增龄测值增大。本文还讨论了自由基和过氧化脂质的关系、自由基和过氧化脂质增多时对机体的危害。某些疾病如急性肝炎、慢性肝炎活动期、心肌梗塞和糖尿病等血清过氧化脂质皆有增多。

| Abstract: | The principle and method of determination of plasma lipid peroxides were reported. With this me-thod the normal levels of plasma lipid peroxides were determined and these were: 3.07 ± 0.94, 3.69±0.86and 4.45± 1.14nmol/ml in young, middle-aged and aged persons respectively.These results showed that the value is increasing with aging.The relation between the free-radicals and the lipid peroxides was also discussed.The increase in free-radicals and lipid peroxides will do more harm to the human body.These increases can be seen in some diseases,such as acute hepatitis,active stage of chronic hepatitis ,cardiac infarct,diabetes mellitus etc. |
