摘    要:目的采用大样本、前瞻性调查,确定月经周期与月相变化是否有关。方法运用日记表收集2640名女大学生在一定时间段(60天,2个阴历月)的月经起始日(共5095个)数据,用卡方检验检测月经起始日在阴历日期上的单日、2日、3日、4日、5日、6日、7日、15日和30日频数的分布是否均匀,并用游程检验检测单日频数序列的分布是否具有随机性。结果月经起始日的频数(单日频数除外)分布皆符合均匀分布(p>0.10),单日频数序列具有随机性(p>0.50)。结论月经周期与月相变化无关。

Abstract:Objective To determine whether menstrual cycles are related to the lunar phases with a large-scale prospective investigation. Methods 5095 menstrual onset dates were obtained with diary from 2640 female college students during a certain period of 60 days (2 lunar months) ; a Chi-square test was used to determine whether the daily, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 5-day, 6-day, 7-day, 15- day or 30-day onsets frequencies were uniformly distributed along the lunar calendar, and the runs test used to determine whether the sequential daily frequencies were from a random process. Results All (except the daily) frequencies were in accord with the uniform distribution (p 〉 0.10) ; randomness was detected in the daily sequential onsets (p 〉 0. 50). Conclusion Menstrual cycles are not related to changes of the lunar phases.
