促凋亡基因bax在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达意义

研究促凋亡基因ｂａｘ在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及其与Ｊａｆｆｅ分级和预后的关系。方法：采用兔抗人Ｂａｘ多克隆抗体及免疫组织化学ＳＡＢＣ法。结果：７３例骨巨细胞瘤中，Ｂａｘ阳性４７例（６４．４％）；其中Ｊａｆｆｅ病理分级Ⅰ级２７例中，阳性２２例（８１．５％），Ⅱ级３８例中阳性２３例（６０．５％），Ⅲ级８例中２例阳性（２５．０％），Ｐ＜０．０５。在不同预后分组中Ｂａｘ阳性率间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：促凋亡基因在骨巨细胞瘤中不同程度的表达可能参与骨巨细胞瘤凋亡的调节，并与肿瘤分化程度有关。单一Ｂａｘ表达不能反应预后。

Significance of Proapoptosis Gene bax Expressionin Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

Objective: To study the expression of Proapoptosis gene bax in giant cell tumor of bone,and its relation to the Jaffe Grading and prognosis. Methods : Streptavidin - Biotin - peroxidase complex(SABC) and polyclonal antibody against bax protein on archival material were employed. Results: Of73 cases of bone giant cell tumor, bax expression was positive in 47 cases (64. 4% ), among which, ac-cording to the Jaffe's pathological grading, the positive rates were 81. 5% (22/27 cases) in grade I,60. 5% (23/38 cases) in grade II , 25. 0% (2/8 cases) in grade III respectively (P<0.05). Conclu-sion: The results suggest that proapoptosis gene bax which is expressed to some extent in most of the giantcell tumors of bone may take part in the modulation of apoptosis and that it is associated with the differenti-ation of giant cell tumor of bone but it is not related to the Prognosis of this disease.
