| 摘 要： | 目的:观察并总结运用中药疗法内服与外洗治疗季节性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效.方法:共治疗111例病人.随机分为两组,治疗组58例,用自拟清燥润肤汤内服,外用如意止痒洗剂外洗;对照组53例,口服扑尔敏片,止痒软膏外搽.结果:治疗组总有效率86.2%,对照组总有效率66%,两组之间疗效经χ2检验,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:中药内服外洗治疗季节性皮肤瘙痒症疗效优于西药.
