2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素与血管紧张素Ⅱ及血脂的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胰岛素与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及血脂间的关系。方法对45例2型糖尿病(T2DM组)和30例健康对照者(对照组)进行胰岛素、AngⅡ及血脂测定。结果T2DM组与对照组比较,胰岛素、AngⅡ、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDH-C)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。胰岛素与AngⅡ及TG呈正相关(P<0.05);T2DM组内,单纯糖尿病组与糖尿病并发心脑血管疾病组及糖尿病并发糖尿病肾病组相比较,各组间胰岛素、AngⅡ及血脂无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论T2DM患者存在胰岛素抵抗(IR),AngⅡ与血脂异常与IR相互影响、相互促进,共同参与T2DM的发生和发展。

The association of bloodserum insulin,angiotension Ⅱ and lipids in type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To study the association of bloodserum insulin, angiotension II and lipids in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Insulin, angiotension II and lipids were tested in 45 type 2 diabetic patients and 30 normal controls. Results In comparison with type 2 diabetes mellitus group and normal controls,insulin,angiotensionII,triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol in type 2 diabetes mellitus group are higher than that in normal controls (P<0.005).Insulin was positively correlated with angiotension II and triglyceride (P<0.005);In type 2 diabetes mellitus group,compared with patients with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,diabetic nephropathies and the cases without complications, there weren't remarkable differences (P>0.005)about insulin, angiotension II and lipids in these groups. Conclusion Insulin resistance exists in type 2 diabetic patients. angiotension II,abnormal lipids and insulin resistance affect and promote mutually and participate in the occurrence and the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus together .
