急性红白血病的生物学特性及临床疗效观察

目的 了解急性红白血病（AEL）的生物学特性及临床疗效。方法 对24例AEL的形态学、免疫表型、细胞遗传学进行回顾性分析并观察临床化疗效果。结果 AEL外周血像和骨髓像有病态造血，累及两系或三系。患者白血病细胞主要表达CD13、CD33等，部分有CD7、CD19等表达，5例患者经血型糖蛋白A（GPA）抗体检测均阳性。54.2%患者的染色体核型异常。化疗缓解率34.7%，总有效率43.3%。结论 AEL化疗效果差，可能与内在生物学特性有关。

Clinical observation on the biological c haracteristic and the therapeutic effect in acute erythroleukemia

Objective To observe the biological characteristic and the therapeutic effect in patients with acute erythroleukemia.Methods Clinical features,as well as morphology,immunophnotype and cytogenetics were retrospectively studied in 24 patients with acute erythroleukemia,and the therapeutic effect also were observed.Results There were myelodysplastic features involving multiple haemopoietic lineages in peripheral blood and bone marrow of 24 patients.The expression of myeloid associated antigens CD 33 and CD 13 were positive in most patients,and antigens CD 7,CD 19 were positive in some patients.Monoclonal antibody anti GPA was positive in 5 patients who had been tested.There were chromosomal abnormatities in 54 2% of the patients.The complete remission rate was 34 7%,and overall effective rate was 43 3%.Conclusion Acute erythroleukemia is associated with poor clinical therapeutic response,and it may be corelated with its biolgical features.
