摘    要:目的:探讨无症状甲状腺多发结节的诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院1996年~2006年收治的192例甲状腺多发结节手术治疗的临床资料。结果:无症状甲状腺多发结节多见于女性,以结节性甲状腺肿最多、甲状腺腺瘤次之,均具有一定恶变机率,尤其实质性结节,需结合B超、同位素扫描、细针穿刺细胞活检综合判断,具有指征应尽早手术治疗,术中冰冻切片病理定性。结论:甲状腺多发结节应积极治疗,手术指征应适当放宽,以免延误诊治。

Abstract:Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules.Methods:The clinical data of 192 operative cases of asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules from 1996 to 2006 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules mostly happened in female,the first incidence was nodular goiter and the second incidence was thyroid adenoma,all of them had some probability of canceration,especially parenchymaous nodules;B-ultrasonagrphy must combine with radioisotope scan and fine needle aspiration to judge synthetically,operation should be done as early as possible.During operation,the freezing pathology should be done to determine the diagnosis.Conclusion:Symptomatic multiple thyroid nodules should be treated actively,and operation indication should be properly wide in order to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment.
