| 摘 要： | 由于糖皮质激素类药物具有很强的抗炎、抗过敏、抗毒素、抗休克、免疫抑制等作用,因而使其成了基层医疗机构某些医生的万能灵丹妙药,不管什么病都用上,从而造成糖皮质激素类药物在基层的滥用.轻者给基层患者造成不必要的痛苦和经济损失;重者则危及病人生命.其在基层的使用亟待规范.
