PEB与PVB方案治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤临床疗效比较

目的　探讨比较PEB与PVB两组方案治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤的疗效和毒副作用。方法　用PEB方案与PVB方案治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤共 3 0例。结果　PEB组有效率 93 3 % ,PVB组有效率 86 7% ,PEB和PVB方案患者 5年生存率分别为 80 %和 66 7% ,P均大于 0 0 5 ,两组无显著差异。毒性反应显示PEB方案骨髓抑制及脱发较PVB方案重 ,末梢神经毒性较PVB方案为轻。结论　PEB方案不失为治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤的较好方案之一。

A Clinical Comparative Observation of PEB and PVB Regimens in the Treatment of Testicular Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects and toxicities of PEB and PVB regimens in the treatment of testicular cancer.Methods 30 patients with testicular cancer were treated with PEB or PVB regimen.Results In 15 patients treated with PEB regimen, the response rate was 93.3%,the 5-year survival rate was 80%. In 15 patients treated with PVB regimen, the response rate was 86.7%,the 5-year survival rate was 66.7%.There was no apparent difference ( P >0 05). The toxicity in PEB group was more severe than that in PVB group.It included myelosuppression and alopecia, but neurotoxicity was relatively slight.Conclusions PEB regimen may be used as one of the most effective regimens in the treatment of testicular cancer.
