宫颈钳夹术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血50例分析

目的探讨宫颈钳夹术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法将100例顺产后因宫缩乏力,经按摩子宫、催产素静脉点滴、卡孕栓塞肛治疗后,产后出血仍不能完全控制的产后出血产妇随机分成两组,实验组予以特制的宫颈钳钳夹宫颈60min,对照组予以欣母沛250μg子宫肌注,必要时重复,观察两组治疗后至产后2h、产后2h、产后24h出血量。结果两组治疗后至产后2h、产后2h、产后24h出血量均无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论宫颈钳夹术能有效加强子宫收缩治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血,且方法简单、实用、经济,是一项防治产后出血的适宜技术。

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Inertia with Clamping Cervix

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia with the clamping cervix.Methods It was divided randomLy into two groups that 100 cases of the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia that were not completely controlled with massaging uterus,dripping oxytocin by iv and using misoprostol by rectum after easy labor.The experimental group was treated with clamping cervix for 60 minutes.The contrast group was treated with injecting carboprost tromethamine 250μg by intramuscular of uterus and it was repeated necessarily.Two groups were observed the volume of bleeding during from treating to 2 hours after delivery,2 hours after delivery,24 hours after delivery.Results The volume of bleeding of two groups during from treating to 2 hours after delivery,2 hours after,24 hours after delivery was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The way of clamping cervix can effectively strengthen the uterine contractions and treat the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.The method is simple,easy to operate and economical,so it is one of appropriate technologies of treatment to the postpartum hemorrhage.
