| 摘 要： | 目的:检测浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Survivin的表达,分析Survivin对浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌患者预后的影响。方法:对103例表浅性膀胱移行细胞癌患者的石蜡标本进行Survivin表达的免疫组化染色,并对其表达程度与临床病理特征和随访结果的关系进行分析。结果:61例患者Survivin高表达(>20%),42例患者Survivin低表达;Survivin表达与肿瘤分级和肿瘤分期无关(P>0.05);Survivin高表达的患者较低表达的患者无病生存率低(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin高表达可能是浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌一个新的不良预后因素。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the expression of Survivin in superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods: The expression of Survivin was detected using immunohistochemical staining in 103 cases of superficial bladder carcinoma. The relationship between the expression of Survivin,clinicopathological characteristics and clinical outcome were analyzed.Results: High expression of Survivin were observed in 61 cases and low expression, in 42 cases. Survivin expression was not correlated with tumor grade (P>0.05) or pathological stage (P>0.05). Patients with high expression of Survivin had worse disease-free survival rates than those with low Survivin expression (P<0.05).Conclusion: It suggests that high Survivin expression should be considered a new unfavorable prognostic factor in superficial bladder cell carcinoma. |
