| 摘 要： | 目的探讨延迟性脾破裂（DRS）的观察与护理方法。方法对我院1997年1月-2007年12月收治31例延迟性脾破裂患者的观察与护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果31例患者中，27例入院后采取非手术治疗，在非手术治疗期间2．4天出现延迟性出血，中转手术，4例受伤至入院时已超过48小时，确诊即手术，31例均治愈出院。结论严密动态观察延迟性脾破裂患者的意识、生命体征、腹部体征及检查诊断方法，加强术前、后护理，可提高早期诊断及抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the methods of observe and nursing cage of Delayed Rupture of the Spleen.Methods The data of observe and nursing care of traumatic spleen rupture in our hospital from January 1997 to December 2007 was retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 31 cages,27 received nonoperative treatment.And 27 by operation after the failure of nonoperative managemen due to the occurrence of delayed hemorrhage during the period of nonoperalive management after 2～4 days.4 received emergency operation.31 were cured.Conclusions It call increase the early diagnosis and rescue mission succeess rate when indication of consciousness,life physical sign,abdomenal physical sign,the methods of examine and diagnosis was constantly observed and the nursing care before operation and after operation was reinforced. |
