氯沙坦联用单硝酸异山梨酯对老年单纯性收缩期高血压的观察

目的：观察氯沙坦联用单硝酸异山梨酯对老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）患者的降压效果及对血清指标的影响。方法：将62例老年患者随机分为两组，对照组用氯沙坦，治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯，两组疗程均为4周。于用药期间观察血压、血清指标（空腹血糖及总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平）的变化及不良反应。结果：治疗组的降压疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组血清指标治疗前后比较和不良反应发生率比较均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：联用氯沙坦和单硝酸异山梨酯能明显降低老年收缩期高血压患者的收缩压，而对舒张压影响不大，使脉压减小，对控制单纯性收缩期高血压有重要临床意义。

Observation of Losartan with Isosorbide Mononitrate on Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect and the impact on serum indicators of the elderly isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) treated by losarton with isosorbide mononitrate.Methods:62 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with losartan,the treatment group was on the basis of control group medication plus isosorbide mononitrate,2 groups had treated for 4 weeks.To observe the blood pressure,serum indicators and adverse reaction during the treatment.Results:The antihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),but the serum indicators(fasting blood glucose and total cholesterol and triglyceride levels) before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction were not differences(P>0.05) between two groups.Conclusion:The use of iosartan and isosorbide mononitrate can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure of ISH,but the little effect on diastolic blood pressure,the pulse pressure decrease.It has important clinical significance for the control of ISH.
