| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内蒙古地区蒙古族人群中人类白细胞抗原HLA-DQB1基因多态性与支气管哮喘的相关性。方法：采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应（PCR-SSP）法对50例蒙古族哮喘患者与54例健康蒙古族进行人类白细胞抗原HLA-DQB1等位基因频率检测。结果：蒙古族支气管哮喘HLA-DQB1 0603/0608基因频率低于健康蒙古族对照组（P〈0.05,OR=0.250）。结论：HLA-DQB1 0603/0608基因可能是蒙古族哮喘患者的保护基因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the association between Human Leukocyte antigen DQB1(HLA-DQB1) gene polymorphisms and Bronchial asthma of Mongolia.Methods:Sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP) was used to detect gene frequencies of HLA DQB1 alleles in 50 cases of Mongolia asthmatic patients and 54 health Mongolia controls.Results:HLA-DQB1 0603/0608 allele were lower in Mongolia bronchial asthma than in healthy Mongolia(P<0.05,OR=0.250).Conclusions: HLADQB1 0603/0608 allele may be a protected ... |
