| 摘 要： | 对85对自然流产夫妇进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体分析,检出异常染色体核型10例,阳性率为11.77％,涉及到异常染色体有3、4、5、9、21、22号及X Y,结合临床讨论了不同类型的染色体异常及染色体变异与自然流产的关系,说明了染色体分析在自然流产夫妇中的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Chromosomes analysis of lymphocytes in peripheral blood in 85 couples with spontaneous abortion were performed. Ten cases of abnormal chromosomes were found. The frequencies of abnormal chromosomes was 11. 77%. It involved the number 3. 4. 5. 9. 21. 22 and X. Y chromosomes. We combined these results with clinical practices and discussed the relationship between the varieties of abnormal chromosomes and spontaneous abortion. These results showed that chromosomes analysis have applicable value in couples with spontaneous abortion. |
