E钙粘素与MMP-13在结肠癌表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨E钙粘素和MMP-13在结肠癌中的表达及其与结肠癌生物学行为的关系.方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测79例结肠癌和20例结肠正常组织的E钙粘素和MMP-13的表达情况.结果:20例(100%)正常结肠组织和70例(88%)结肠癌组织表达E钙粘素,两者有显著差异(P<0.05);E钙粘素在结肠癌组织表达有明显的缺失现象,此现象与Dukes分期、分化程度和是否有淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05).4例(20%)正常结肠组织和47例(58%)结肠癌有MMP-13的表达,两者有显著差异(P<0.01);多数结肠癌组织MMP-13为弱表达,其表达与是否有淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05).结论:E钙粘素蛋白在结肠癌有明显的表达缺失现象,与结肠癌的侵袭转移呈负相关;MMP-13表达与结肠癌的淋巴结转移有关.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between biological behavior of colon carcinoma and expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 and E-cadaherins.Methods: The expression of E-cadaherins and matrix metalloproteinase-13 in 20 cases normal colon tissue and 79 cases colon carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results: The expression of E-cahahorins in 20 cases(100%) normal colon tissue and 70 cases(88%) colon carcinoma was positive.The expression of E-cadaherins between normal colorectal tissue and colorectal carcinoma was obviously different(P< 0.05).There was loss expression of E-cadherin in colon carcinoma which related with Dukes stage,differentiat degree and lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05).There was expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 in 4 cases(20%) normal colon tissue and in 47 cases(58%) colon carcinoma,the expression was different between them(P< 0.01),in most of colon carcinoma its expression was weak.The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 was related with lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05).Conclusions: Loss expression of E-cadaherins happens in colon carcinoma and is inverse correlation with invasion and metastasis of colon carcinoma.There are correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-13 and lymph node metastasis in colon carcinoma.
