| 摘 要： | 目的:通过实验性乙酸大鼠胃溃疡模型,研究安胃汤免煎剂防治慢性胃溃疡机理。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法观察安胃汤免煎剂对实验性乙酸大鼠胃溃疡模型愈合时胃黏膜EGF及EGFR表达的影响,并进行图像分析及统计学处理。结果:与模型组相比,安胃汤治疗组和雷尼替丁组可显著增强胃黏膜表皮生长因子(EGF)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达(P<0.05或P<0.01),安胃汤大剂量组强于雷尼替丁组(P<0.01)。结论:安胃汤可能通过增强胃黏膜EGF及EGFR表达,增强胃黏膜保护作用而发挥抗溃疡作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Anweitang Granule in preventing and curing chronic gastric ulcer by making experimental rat-models of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid.Methods: To observe the effects of Anweitang on the EGF and EGFR expression in gastric mucosa of experimental rats by means of immunohistologic staining;to analyze the images;and to process the statistic data.Results: Compared with the group of models,the EGF and EGFR expression in gastric mucosa in the group of Anweitang and Ranitidine are evidently enhanced(P<0.05 or P<0.001).The group of Anweitang(large dosage) is better than the group of Ranitidine(P<0.01).Conclusion: Anweitang may enhance the EGF and EGFR expression in gastric mucosa and reinforce the mucosa's protection function and anti-relapse. |
