安徽省居民贫血流行特征与膳食营养关系分析

摘    要:目的 :探讨城乡居民贫血流行特征及其与膳食营养的关系。方法 :利用第三次全国营养调查安徽省抽样资料进行分析 ,以推荐每日膳食中营养素供给量 (RDA)为个人膳食营养水平评价指标。结果 :调查的32 74名城乡居民 ,患贫血的 888人 ,患病率 2 7.1%。 3岁以下婴幼儿及 6 0岁以上老年人贫血患病率较高 ,分别为 37.8%和 45 .9% ;女性患病率高于男性 ;乡村居民患病率高于城市。对贫血与居民膳食营养素供给充足情况的关系分析 ,表明未患有贫血者的蛋白质、铁、锌、硒、VB1、VB2 、VC膳食摄入量较患有贫血者更充裕。结论 :针对孕妇、3岁以下婴幼儿及 6 0岁以上老年人等贫血的高危人群 ,采取改进膳食营养、优化膳食结构和加强公众营养教育等综合性措施 ,将是降低居民贫血患病率的关键

Abstract:In order to describe the epidemic characteristics of anemia in urban and rural residents of Anhui and explore the relationship between residents anemia and dietary nutrition, the data from the third National Nutrition Survey (1992) were analyzed. An individual nutritional status of anemia and non-anemia was rated using recommended daily dietary allowance (RDA) as the cut off point. 3274 subjects were participated in the study. Of them, 888 cases had anemia. The average prevalence of anemia was 27.1%. The average anemia prevalence of the people at age less than 3-year-old and more than 60-year-old was 38.7% and 45.9% respectively. The prevalence of female was higher than that of male. Prevalence of residents in rural areas was higher than that of in urban areas. Analysis of the relationship between residents anemia and dietary nutrition showed that people with non-anemia were more abundant in protein, Fe, Zn, Se, VB 1 , VB 2 , and VC from diet than people with anemia. The results suggested that comprehensive control measures, including adjustment of dietary pattern and improvement of dietary quality, development of public nutritional education and guidance, should address pregnant woman, infant and old person.
