微创双切口全髋关节置换术的初步临床应用

目的报道微创双切口全髋关节置换术的初步临床应用结果。方法本研究分两组,常规手术组20例,微创手术组12例。记录术中、术后的出血量、术后开始下床活动的时间、弃拐时间等。结果微创手术组术后出血量少于常规手术组,但术中出血量无差异。一般在术后第2天,微创手术的病人就能做主动直腿抬高的动作,同时,术后开始下床活动时间明显缩短,但弃拐时间并无明显差异。结论微创双切口全髋关节置换术的近期术后疗效明显优于常规手术组。

Preliminary Clinical Application of Minimally Invasive Two- incision Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To report the early result of the preliminary clinical application of minimally invasive two-incision total hip arthroplasty.Methods Two groups were included in this study.One group comprised 20 cases with the standard approach while the other had twelve cases of the minimally-invasive two-incision approach.The intra-and post-operative bleeding volume,the time to leave bed and the time to walk without crutches were recorded.Results The postoperative bleeding volume was less in the minimally invasive group than in the standard approach group,but there was no significant difference in the intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups.The patients in the minimally invasive group could usually perform the straight leg raises actively on the second postoperative day.The earliest time to leave the bed was shorter in the minimally invasive group than in the standard approach group,but no difference was found in the time to walk without crutches between the two groups.Conclusion The short-term result of minimally invasive two-incision hip arthroplasty is better than that of the standard approach group.
