维拉帕米对大鼠胃溃疡的影响

钙拮抗剂主要用于治疗心血管疾病,对消化系统特别是消化性溃疡的作用研究较少,但最近有资料表明,钙拮抗剂可以抑制胃平滑肌收缩,抑制胃酸分泌。这些资料揭示钙可能在消化性溃疡的发病中起作用。为此,我们研究了维拉帕米对三种大鼠胃溃疡的作用。以呋喃唑酮为阳性对照,以期了解维拉帕米的作用特点并分析其机理。

THE EFFECT OF VERAPAMIL ON SEVERAL GASTRIC ULCER MODELS IN RATS

Verapamil at small dose (20mg/kg) was found to be an effective anti-ulcer agent in the stress-restraint ulcer and the acetic acid-induced chronic ulcer in rats. However, the drug was shown to be ineffective to the pyloric ligation-indueed ulcer and had no effects on gastric acid, pepsin activity and volume of gastric juice. These results suggest that the anti-ulcer effects of verapamil do not involve in the secretion of gastric acid. Compared with verapamil, furazolidone protected against the acetic acid-induced chronic ulcer and the pyloric ligation-induced ulcer in rats at a larger dose (40mg/kg). These results offer the evidence that calcium channel blockers may play an important role in the protcetion against gastrie lesions. It is speculated that this knowledge may prove important in the development of new therapies for the treatment and prevention of gastric ulcers in human.
