| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨机械吻合在食管贲门癌手术中的应用效果。方法 应用吻合器治疗食管癌350例，贲门癌136例。其中主动脉弓上吻合135例，主动脉弓下吻合351例。结果 本组吻合失误和意外9例，术后发生吻合口瘘2例，术后吻合口狭窄11例。结论 使用机械吻合安全可靠，省时省事，减低手术难度，降低吻合口并发症，值得在基层临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application effect of mechanical anastomosis of esophago - cardiac carcinoma. Methods 350 cases esophageal carcinoma and 136 cases cardiac carcinoma were underwent the mechanic anastomosis among them 135 cases were located superior AO arch and other were located inferior AO arch. Results The mistake or accident had happened in 9 cases. 2 cases had stoma fistula and 11 cases had stenosis. Conclusion The mechanic anastomosis is reliable and safety, it mingt save time decrease the operative difficulty and complication be worth to use in basis clinal applieation. |
