摘 要: | 目的:了解医务人员对于公立医院体制改革模式、运行机制、绩效管理等方面的心态、期望的认知情况。方法:以分层随机抽样选择9所公立医院998名医务人员开展问卷调查。结果:医务人员对于公立医院经营管理理念认同率居于前三位的依次为提高医疗质量、以病人为中心和提高社会效益,公立医院绩效管理影响因素位于前三位的为缺少资金、人才不足、职工收入分配制度不合理,对于当前推行的医院体制改革政策措施认同度较高,总体满意率达69.3%。结论:以公共医疗卫生理念、科学灵活的管理模式推进公立医院体制改革。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the attitudes and expectations among medical personnel of the state- owned hospitals reform in the aspects of its model,operating mechanism and performance management. MethodsA stratified random sample of 998 medical staffs in 9 state--owned hospitals were surveyed by questionnaire. Results The first three items of the identification of state-owned hospitals management were improving medical quality, patient- oriented and increasing social efficiency. The first three items of the identification of influential factors of state-- owned hospitals performance management were lack of fund, lack of talent ,unreasonable system of staff income and distribution. The identification rate of current reform policy on state--owned hospitals was relatively high,that is, 69. 3%. Conclusions The state--owned hospitals reform should be carried out in a scientific and flexible management model. |
