白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术后角膜地形图分析

目的了解巩膜隧道白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术后早期对角膜形态及屈光的影响。方法白内障患者48例(50只眼),行上方巩膜隧道小切口白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入,观察术前、术后1周、术后2月的角膜地形图形态的变化特点。结果术后1周、术后2个月角膜表面规则指数(sur- face regularity index,SRI)及散光与术前相比无显著差异(P>0．05),角膜表面不对称指数(surface asymmetry in- dex,SAI)术后1周与术前相比无显著差异(P>0．05),至术后2个月与术前比较P<0．05,差异有显著性,但其均值比术前下降。结论巩膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术后引起的角膜地形图变化小、散光小,早期即可获得良好的手术效果。

A analysis of corneal topography in phacoemulsification with foldable IOL implantation

To observe the changes of corneal shape and astigmatism. After operation of phacoemulsifi-cation with foldable IOLs implantation through sclera tunnel incision. Methods 48cases(50eyes) of cataract were performed with phacoemulsification through superior sclera tunnel incision with foldable IOL implantation and corneal topography examinations were applied in pre-operation and 1 weeks ,2months after operation. Results There is no obvious difference in corneal surface regularity index and astigmatism in 1 weeks and 2moths after operation compared with that of pre-opration but a significantly difference was found in surface regularity index between 2months after operation and pre-operation and the mean surface regularity index decreased. Conclusions The phacoemulsification through sclera tunnel incision with foldable IOL implantation have a better operation effect in the early stage for its less change of corneal topography and less astigmatism.
