| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲钴胺对坐骨神经损害后背根神经元保护作用机制.方法:采用SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组和甲钴胺组,预处理14d后制作坐骨神经损害动物模型,分别在模型制备后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、5 d、7 d各组提取L1-5背根神经节,免疫组化染色计算Bcl2、Bax阳性细胞表达数.结果:甲钴胺组于模型制备后12 h Bcl2即有明显表达,24～48 h达高峰,持续至7 d时与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲钴胺组Bax表达与同期模型组比较均有不同程度降低,7 d时表达水平最低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:甲钴胺的神经元保护作用与其上调Bcl-2蛋白、抑制Bax蛋白的表达有关. |
