老年腹部疾病手术684例临床分析

目的　分析老年人腹部疾病的手术情况 ,提高治疗成功率。方法　根据老年人的特点 ,常伴有多种疾病 ,力争在术前调整到在手术可容范围内 ,术中、术后密切监测及后续治疗。结果　 4 2 5例胆石症 ,186例胃癌病人 ,73例肠癌病人中 ,患有心脏病、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病、高血压等病种 ,术后发生并发症共 30例 ,死亡 9例。结论　老年患胆石症、胃癌、肠癌病人常伴有高血压、心脏病、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病及营养不良 ,应加强术前调整治疗、加强围手术期处理及手术中新技术应用 ,可提高手术治疗成功率及成活率

Clinical Analysic of the Operation of 684 Elderly Patients with Abdominal Disease

Objective To analyze features of abdominal diseases in elderly patients and increase their curative rate. Methods Because of variations in disease in elderly patients recovery must be performed befor operation. Patients should be closely monitored throughout and be treated in operation and pastoperative phase if necessany. Results Among the 425 elderly patients with cholelithiasis 186 with gastric carinoma, and 63 with intestinal carinoma, 268 cases suffered from common disease in elderly, such as cardiac disease, diabetes, hypertension, chronic bronchitis et al, 30 cases had pastoperative complication, and 9 cases died. Conclusion The elderly patients with cholelithiasis, gastric carcinoma, intentional carcinoma always accompany with hyersion, cardiac disease, chronic bronchitis, hyponutrition, Major advances have been made in the restration and the curative rate has been improved altered by new techique applications in surgery work and strengthening the management before operation, operation and pastoperation.
