软性及硬性人工晶状体植入治疗儿童白内障的效果比较

目的比较儿童白内障摘除植入软性和硬性人工晶体的临床疗效。方法儿童白内障抽吸、后囊膜环型切开、前段玻璃体切除分别联合Acrysof折叠式IOL植入(25眼)、肝素表面处理硬性IOL(27眼),术后随访6～36个月,观察比较术后视力及后囊膜混浊、人工晶体移位等并发症。结果儿童白内障抽吸、双撕囊联合前段玻璃体切割后植入软性晶体组和硬性晶体组术后脱盲率、后发障发生率、晶体移位及瞳孔夹持等并发症的差异均无显著性。结论小切口、双撕囊、前段玻璃体切除联合植入Acrysof或扩大切口植入肝素表面处理硬性晶体,均可明显减少术后并发症,提高儿童白内障的手术疗效。

COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFECT OF FOLDABLE AND UNFOLDABLE IOL IMPLANTATION TO CHILDREN WITH CATARACT

Objective To compare the clinical effect of implantations of foldable lenses and unfoldable lenses to the children with cataract. Methods Cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy combined with Acrysof foldable IOL implantation and unfoldable IOL with heparin implantation were performed in 25 eyes and 27 eyes respectively. Follow-up period was 6 to 36 months to observe the vision improving as well as the possible postoperative complications such as secondary cataract and lenses dislocation, etc. Results No statistically significant difference, with respect to ratio of getting rid of eye blinding and complications such as secondary cataract and lenses dislocation etc. was detected between these two groups. Conclusion Operation performed through small incision combined with Acrysof implantation or through expanding incision combined unfoldable IOL with heparin implantation, which could decrease postoperative complications obviously and enhance surgery efficiency to children with cataract.
