摘    要:目的:使罗库溴铵含量测定方法受控。方法:通过建立数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个不确定度的分量进行评估。结果:计算各分量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测定结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论:建立的不确定度评估方法可用于电位滴定法测定罗库溴铵含量的不确定度评估。

Abstract:Objective: To make assay of Rocuronium Bromide under control. Methods: We deduced influencing factors of uncertainty and valuate component of various uncertainty by establishing mathematic model. Results: Each component of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty and confidence level were finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. Conclusion: This method is appropriate to be used in the uncertainty valuation for the determination of Rocuronium Bromide by potentiometric titration.
