雌激素对绝经后妇女2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响

目的：探讨雌激素对绝经后妇女2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法：31例绝经后妇女2型糖尿病患者，每日口服倍美力（结合型雌激素）0．625mg，于服药前及服药后3个月末检测空腹血糖（FBC）和空腹血浆胰岛素（INS），并作口服葡萄糖耐量试验，同时测定血浆胰岛素，结果倍美力治疗后血糖、胰岛素水平明显降低（P＜0．01）胰岛素敏感指标数增高（P＜0．01）。结论雌激素可降低绝经后妇女2型糖尿病患者血糖及胰素水平，显著提高胰岛素敏感性。

The effects of estrogen on insulin sensitivity in postmenopausal women with type-2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the effects of estrogen on insulin sensitivity in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 31 postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with 0.625 mg Premarin (conjugated estrogen) daily.We examined the levels of plasma glucose and insulin in a fasting state at baseline and at the ends of 3 months of therapeutic.The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was performed,insulin was examined at the same time.Results After treatment,plasma glucose and insulin were significantly reduced(P<0.01),insulin sensitivity indexes were increased significantly.Conclusion Estrogen may significantly reduce the levels of plasma glucose and insulin and increase insulin sensitivity in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
