子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤的临床实验室及B超诊断对比分析

目的 :探讨子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤的临床特点、实验室检测及B超诊断。提高术前对子宫腺肌病确诊率。方法 :对 4 0例子宫腺肌病和 5 2例子宫肌瘤的临床、实验室、B超资料进行比较分析。结果 :两组患者发病年龄与临床表现无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )而子宫腺肌病的痛经症状明显 ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。血清CAl2 5值在腺肌病明显升高 ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。B超诊断符合率两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤的鉴别诊断可依据临床表现、血清CAl2 5值测定及B超检查综合分析才能提高诊断的准确率

The comparative analysis of the clinical characteristics、the detections of laboratoryand and the B-ultrasonic diagnosis between the uterus myomatosis and uterus myoma

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics?the detections of laboratory and the B-ultrasonic diagnosis of the uterus myomatosis and uterus myoma. Methods: To compare the clinical characteristics. the detections of laboratory and the B-ultrasonic materials in the 40 uterus myomatosis and the 52 uterus myoma . Results: The morbidity age and clinical symptoms have no obvious difference. (P>0.05 ).But the symptom of algonorrhea is obvious and the CA125 in serum is obvious rise in the uterus myomatosis.It has significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01 ). The coincidence of B-ultrasonic diagnosis has significant difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusion: The identify diagnosis accuracy of the uterus myomatosis and uterus myoma can be improved by comparing the clinical characteristics?the detections of laboratory and the B-ultrasonic detections.
