摘    要:以圆形分布方法分析报告了临沂地区1984~1986年流行性出血热(EHF)的季节分布。1984年EHF发病高峰时点在11月24~25日,1985年EHF发病高峰时点在11月29~30日,1986年EHF发病高峰时点在12月3~4日,与流行病学所描述的EHF季节分布相吻合。研究认为,当EHF流行曲线呈单峰时,用圆分布法分析其季节分布,可为流行高峰期提供较为确切的集中时点,有利于做好防治工作。

Abstract:This article analyses the seasonal distribution of the EHF in Linyi district from 1984 to 1986 By using the method of circular distribution. The peak time of EHF in 1984 was from 24 to 25, Nov. The peak time of EHF in 1985 was from 29 to 30, Nov. The peak time of EHF in 1986 was from 3 to 4, Dec. The seasonal distribution agrees with that of EHF in epidemiology. It is believed that through analysis of the seasonal distribution by using the method of circular distribution may supply a more accurate and concentrative time for the epidemic peak time may be predicted, when the EHF epidemic curves take the form of a single peak. This method is useful to prevention and cure of EHF.
