溃疡性结肠炎病人的心理分析及护理

目的:分析溃疡性结肠炎病人不同住院时期的心理特点,为临床治疗和心理护理提供依据.方法:对收住入院的溃疡性结肠炎病人30例,用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)在病人入院时、出院前分别进行2次心理问卷调查,将测试结果与国内常模进行比较及自身前后的比较.结果:入院时SAS、SDS评分与国内常模比较及入院时、出院前SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均有显著意义,P＜0.01.结论:溃疡性结肠炎病人存在焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,且这些负性情绪通过有效治疗、健康教育和心理护理可以减轻,甚至消失.

Analysis and nursing on psychological character of patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective To analyze the psychological character of patients with ul cerative colitis in defferent hospital pieces. Methods 30 cases of ulcerative co litis were selected.The personality test was performed on the patients twice,us ing self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Resul t SAS and SDS were significantly different from Chinese norm ,(P<0.01). Conclus ion Patients with ulcerative colitis have moods of anxiety and depression and th ese negative moods can be reduced by the psychological nursing and suitable trea tment.
