乳腺X线立体定位术在乳腺疾病中的临床应用

目的:评价乳腺立体定位核心针活检和留置导丝指导手术的临床应用价值。方法:应用乳腺X线机对13例乳腺疾病患者中共15个病灶进行立体定位核心针穿刺活检及病灶内留置导丝指导手术,并将结果与手术病理结果对照。结果:定位穿刺活检10例患者中11个病灶,诊断结果与手术标本病理结果完全一致;定位留置导丝3例4个隐匿性病灶,均在术后证实了定位的准确性。结论:乳腺X线立体定位术既能在术前明确病变的性质,又可指导隐匿性病灶的手术切除,对于乳腺疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有良好的应用前景。

Clinical Application of Stereo Tactic Technique in Breast Diseases

Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of the stereo tactic core needle biopsy(SCNB) of the breast and detaining guide wire in guiding the operations of breast disease.Methods: The breast X-ray machine was adopted for guiding the stereo tactic core needle biopsy and placing the detain guide wire in 15 lesions of 13 breast patients,and the results were compared with the pathological results.Results: The stereo tactic core needle biopsy results of the 11 lesions in 10 cases were identified by the following pathological examinations.The other four delitescence lesions placed detaining guide wire in three cases were also confirmed in accurate location after operation.Conclusion: The stereo tactic technique of the breast X-ray is helpful for identifing the pathological changes breast diseases in the early stage.
