| 摘 要： | 目的通过多导睡眠图（polysommogram，PSG）监测并区别心理生理性失眠与抑郁性失眠，采取针对性的护理措施，以提高治疗、护理效果。方法对75例慢性失眠症患者，分别于治疗护理前后给予整夜PSG监测，注意监测方法正确，分析监测结果，区别心理生理性失眠与抑郁性失眠，根据不同类型的失眠采取针对性的护理措施。结果PSG监测发现，心理生理性失眠患者PSG无特殊表现，抑郁性失眠患者PSG呈现快动眼睡眠（rapid eye movement，REM）活跃的特征。两种类型失眠患者治疗护理前后PSG监测比较：总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、觉醒次数、腿动次数、睡眠效率均存在统计学差异（P〈0．01），说明治疗护理后患者的睡眠质量有显著改善；治疗护理前后REM潜伏期无统计学差异（P〉0．05），提示快动眼特性无改变。结论临床可通过PSG监测正确区分不同类型的失眠，并采取针对性的护理措施，以取得满意的治疗、护理效果。
