| 摘 要： | 目的讨论淋巴滤泡瘤样增生与滤泡性淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断.方法本文主要从组织学、免疫组化以及DNA图像分析三个方面对两种疾病加以鉴别,并附我科临床病例予以说明.结果淋巴滤泡瘤样增生与滤泡性淋巴瘤在组织学特征,bcl-2,Mcl-1,CD20,CD3,CD10,CD5表达,免疫球蛋白轻链表达,DNA图像分析等方面均有差异.结论充分运用免疫组化、分子遗传学、分子生物学等技术方法有助于辨明两种疾病的不同性质,提高诊断的正确性.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the differential diagnosis between tumor-like follicular hyperplasia and follicular lymphoma. Methods Histology, immunohistochemistry and DNA image cytometey were used to differentiate these two diseases, and a clinical case was attachable to give further explanation. Results Differences mainly exist in histologic characteristics, the express of bcl-2, Mcl-1 ,CD20,CD3,CD10,CD5 and immunoglobulin light chain, and DNA image cytometry. Conclusion Making full use of immunohistochemistry, molecular genetics and molecular biology will bennifit us more to distinguish follicular lymphoma from tumorlike follicular hyperplasia and increase the correctness of diagnosis. |
