某医科大学中老年教职工胆石症检出分析

本文对１００４名５０岁以上教职工检出的胆石症进行分析，其结果是：胆石症总检出率为９．３６％，男女检出率分别为６．００％和１３．６３％，女性高于男性，ＯＲ＾＝２．６４；高血脂与正常血脂者胆石症检出率分别为２０．２３％和７．１０％，差异十分明显，ＯＲ＾＝３．３２；教师、干部、工人分别为１０．１４％、８．７８％和７．５３％，无差异；高血压与正常血压者分别为４．８８％和９．９３％，无差异；高血糖与正常血糖者分别为８．３３％和９．４１％，无差异。胆石症检出率与性别、血脂有关，而与年龄、血压、血糖和职业无关。

AN ANALYSIS ON THE DETECTION RESULT OF CHOLELITHASIS IN THE MIDDLE-AGED AND SENILE STAFF MEMBERS IN A MEDICAL UNIVERSITY.

This very article analyses the results obtained from an physical examination of 1004 university staff members over 50 years old.The total detection rate of cholelithiasis is 9 36%.Among the male,6 00% is detected to have the disease,and among the female,13 63% is found to suffer from the disease.The defection rate of the female is higher than that of the male ( OR ^=2 64).The detection rate of the disease in those with hyperlipemia and in those having normal level of lipemia is 20 23% and 7 10% respectively,which shows great difference( OR ^=3 32).The detection rate of the disease in teachers is 10 14%,and the respective detection rate of the disease in cadres and workers is 8 78% and 7 53%,which suggests no importance.The respective rate of the disease in persons with bypertention and in porsons with normal blood pressure is 4 88% and 9 93%,offering no difference,and the respective detection rate of the disease in those having hyporglucosemia and in those having normal level of blood suger is 8 33% and 9 41%,also suggesting no significance.In accordance with what has been said above,a conclusion might be drawn that the detection rate of chalelithiasis might relate to sex and lipemia,but might not relate to age,blood pressure,blood suger or occupation.
