| 摘 要： | １９９４年５月至１９９５年４月间对卢龙县医院门诊就诊的１５７例散发性急性肝炎病人和５７例急性爆发流行的肝炎病人进行了戊型肝炎的病原和流行病学调查。结果：散发性急性肝炎中戊型肝炎感染率为１．４６％，急性暴发肝炎病人中戊肝感染率为１．４０％。流行特点均为散发，多与甲型肝炎呈混合感染，发病年龄平均为１７．１３岁。大于甲肝的发病年龄。发病多为８￣９月份与甲肝相似。

| Abstract: | 157 cases of sporadic acute hepatitis clinically diagnosed in Lulong county hospital and 57 cases of acute hepatitis outbreakly occured was surveyed etiologically and epidemiologically,during period of may 1994 to april 1995.The result suggested that hepatitis E account for 1 46% in sporadic patients and 1 40% in outbreak patients.Coinfection with hepatitis A virus was found in most cases.The average age of hepatitis E cases was 17 13 years old,older than that in hepatitis A cases.More case were found in august and september,which was similar as in hepatitis A cases. |
