| 摘 要： | 本文收集吸烟及被动吸烟伴反复呼吸道感染患者１１４例，反复呼吸道感染但无吸烟或被动吸烟儿童４０例，并设健康对照组６０例，进行细胞免疫（ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８）及体液免疫（ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ）测定。结果表明，吸烟及被动吸烟组的细胞免疫及体液免疫均明显低于健康对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），尤以被动吸烟组更低。提示：吸烟危害人体健康，应大力提倡戒烟／禁烟。

| Abstract: | The cell immunity(CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and CD 4/CD 8) and humoral immunity(IgG,IgA and IgM) were determined in 114 cases with repeated respiratory infection,smoking or passive smoking simultaneously.40 children with repeated respiratory infection but non smoking or passive non smoking,and 60 healthy controls were also examined.The results showed that both cell immunity and humoral immunity of the smoking and passive smoking groups were apparently lower than that of the healthy controls,moreover,that of the passive smoking group were much lower.It is suggested that smoking and passive smoking do damage to the human health.It is necessary to advocate energetically giving up or forbidding smoking. |
