半自动血细胞分析仪冬季末梢血WBC计数的观察

目的:探讨冬季外界环境温度较低时应用半自动血液分析仪快速准确地做好末梢血的WBC计数的最佳条件。方法:采用标本稀释后不经过预温,1 min后就上机与经过预温5 min后上机和手工计数比较的方法。结果:未经预温的WBC计数值高于后两者,P<0.05;经过预温的和手工计数差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论:冬季外界环境温度较低时用末梢血做WBC计数20℃预温,只需预温5 min就可以消除室温过低导致的WBC计数假性增高。

Observation of Numbering White Cells of the Blood of the Nerve End in Winter by Half-auto Blood Analysizing Machine

Objective To probe how to accurately number the white cells quickly with the help of half-auto blood analy- sing machine to get the blood of the nerve end when the temperature outside is rather low in winter.Methods One method is diluting the sample,but not pre-heating it and puting it into the machine one minute later;another is pre-heating it and put it into the machine five minute later.The third is to use the hand numbering.Results The number of the white cells that were not pre-heated is more than those of the latter two,p<0.05.The number of the white cells that is pre-heated and that from hand numbering are not different apparently,p>0.05.Conclution The sample should be pre-heated to number the white cells of the blood of the nerve end when the temperature outside is rather low in winter.Moreover,too much time is unnecessa- ry and five minutes is enough for numbering the white cells.
