| 摘 要： | 溶栓治疗是目前被证明有效的治疗急性缺血性脑卒中最为有效的治疗方法之一,但由于严格的适应证和医疗条件的限制,多数患者无法在治疗时间窗内得到确切有效的治疗.本文总结当前国内外拓宽溶栓时间窗在急性缺血性脑卒中治疗的新进展,以探讨如何延长治疗时间窗,使更多的患者得到有效治疗.

| Abstract: | Thrombolytic therapy remains the most potent known treatment for acute ischemic stroke. However,as for the strict indications and limited treatment conditions, most of patients can not get effective therapy in TTW (therapeutic time window). In this summary,we overview the development of conditioned use of broadened therapeutic time window nowadays,to discuss how to extend TTW in order to make more patients benefit. |
