自制混合血浆作几项凝血室内质控物的分析

目的 动态观察自制混合血浆在临床凝血三项室内质控的结果。方法 选取新鲜血浆100份，以109mmol／L枸橼酸钠抗凝，抗凝剂与血的比例为1：9，1h内分离血浆，3000r／min离心10min，取上层血浆混匀配制成混合血浆，0．5ml独立分装，置-20℃保存备用。使用参考血浆在同等条件下平行检测，比较其差异性。结果 自制混合血浆与参考血浆检测结果比较，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论 自制混合血浆在-20℃冰箱保存情况下，20d保存期内，几项血凝参数均在稳定的水平内，且制备成本低廉，便于推广应用。建议使用自制混合血浆作为凝血室内质控，定有效期为20d。

Conclusion Self-made hybrid plasma kept at-20℃ refrigerator circumstances, preservation of the period of 20 days, several coagulation parameters were in a stable level, and of low cost, ease of application. The proposed as a selfmade hybrid plasma coagulation internal quality control, will be valid for 20 days.
