| 摘 要： | 手术部分切除一例罕见巨大颅鼻沟通嗅神经母细胞瘤，术后放疗，病人临床症状消失，术后3月复查MRI示肿瘤消失。随访16月无复发，病人可正常工作、生活。经复习献进一步明确这种临床少见疾病的诊断及治疗。

| Abstract: | The authers report the partial excision of a rare-seen huge olfactory neuroblastoma linking up cranial cavity and nasal . After radiotherapy, the cilinical symtom of the patient disppeared. After 3 months , the tumor has disppeared by MRI. No recurrence was found at follow-up after 16 months. By reviewing the related literature, the diagnosis and therapy was further verified. |
