腹腔脓肿的CT表现

目的：旨在进一步提高对腹腔脓肿CT表现的认识。材料和方法：经手术证实的腹腔脓肿15例，回顾性分析腹腔脓肿的CT表现。结果：11例中央呈均匀低密度影及由低密度影勾画出的壁，占73％；内壁光，外壁毛糙分别为8例、10例，分别占72％、90％，增强后壁强化程度明显高于软组织。腔内含气影7例，占46％。脓肿邻近脏器界面显示模糊10例，占66％。腹腔脂肪呈索条状、片状、网格状密度增高9例，占60％。腹壁炎性改变4例，占26％。结论：CT可对腹腔脓肿作出正确诊断，但早期腹腔脓肿，应追踪观察有无脓壁形成，有助于脓肿的诊断。

CT Findings of Celiac Abscess

Purpose: This report is in order to improve understanding the CT findings in celiac abscess.Meterials and Methods: CT findings of 15 cases of celiac abscess proven by operation were analysed retrospectively. Results: 11(73% ) cases presented difinite wall of abscess with homogeneous low-density in the central area of the lesion; 8(72% ) cases presented smooth internal walls, 10(90% ) cases rough outsides,the density was higher than the soft tissue on post-contrast scans; 7(46% ) cases showed air bubbles inside of the abscess; 10(66% ) cases had blurred interacting margines with neighbouring organs; fatty inflammation was found in 9(60% ) cases, and inflammation of abdominal wall in 4(26% )cases. Conclusion: The diagnosis of celiac abscess can be confirmed by CT examination but early diagnesis can't be made, it is helpful by continuing observation the formation of abscess wall.
