| Abstract: | Although uncommon, vertebral artery pseudoaneurysms harbour significant risk of embolic stroke and their presence should be considered in cases of blunt cervical trauma. We illustrate a case of a traumatically ruptured vertebral artery pseudoaneurysm treated with coil embolisation. |
