铁路车站职工生命质量状况分析

目的:了解铁路车站职工的生命质量现状,评价不同性别、职业、年龄、工龄的职工生命质量差异。方法:采用生命质量调查量表SF-36对南京近郊车站的铁路职工进行生命质量测量。结果:不同性别、不同车站之间的职工生命质量状况无显著性差异,随年龄、工龄增长,生命质量呈下降趋势。结论:年龄、工龄是影响生命质量不可忽视的因素。

An Analysis on Life Quality Among Rail Way Station Workers

Objective:To know and estimate the life quality of workers who worked in rail - way station through survey on sex, occupation, age and length of service. Methods: Life quality assessment was achieved by Medical Outcomes Study Short - form 36 (MOS SF - 36) in railway stations where located in Nanjing area. Results: There was no significant difference between males and females as well as workers who worked in variety railway stations. It was shown that life quality decreased with the increased of age and length of service. Conclusion: It should be paid close attention to the 2 principal influential factors, which were considered as age and length of service.
