摘    要:磁共振波谱成像是利用磁共振现象和化学位移作用,进行特定原子核及其化合物定量分析的方法。目前应用于乳腺肿瘤的波谱技术主要为1H-MRS。MRS能够区分病变性质,与动态对比增强扫描联合应用能够提高诊断的特异性。乳腺1H-MRS能够定量分析乳腺病变内各种代谢物浓度,而获得高质量波谱的关键是1H-MRS成像技术的改进,最主要的是机器的压水、压脂和匀场性能。本文从乳腺1H-MRS的应用现状、技术限度及改进等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)is a method analyzing specifically atomic nucleus and their compound,which utilizes the agnetic resonance phenomena and chemical shift.At present,1H-MRS is the main technique for breast tumors.MRS can differentiate the nature of the lesions,and can improve the diagnostic specificity combined with dynamic contrast enhancement MRI.In vivo 1H-MRS provides a qualitative analysis of a number of chemical content within breast lesions.Techniques amelioration has been the most im...
